Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos are GTA 6's central pair. Rockstar has not announced a third playable protagonist.
Jason Duval
Rockstar describes Jason as someone who grew up around local criminals and wants an easier life. That plan changes when he meets Lucia. Official footage places him across Leonida's highways, beaches, bars and back-country spaces.
The games shown so far frame Jason as a capable driver and partner in crime, but Rockstar has not published a complete biography, skill tree or mission list.
Lucia Caminos
Lucia is introduced as a determined survivor whose life has taken her through the Leonida prison system. Her first official appearance ends with her walking out of prison, establishing a character with a clear past before the main story begins.
Trailer 2 expands her role: Lucia is not a side character attached to Jason, but an equal half of the game's relationship and its criminal ambition.
Jason and Lucia's partnership
The official line “the only people they can trust are each other” gives the relationship its basic shape. Their story moves between robberies, escapes and ordinary moments in Vice City. The footage suggests a switchable or shared perspective, but Rockstar has not published every gameplay rule around character switching.
Supporting cast
Rockstar's trailers and character material introduce a wider group around the protagonists, including Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest, Real Dimez members Bae-Lou and Roxy, Raul Bautista and Brian Heder. Their exact roles, allegiances and survival are story details that Rockstar may continue to reveal before launch.
