Rockstar has released two numbered GTA 6 trailers plus additional official footage and promotional videos.
Trailer pages and fan uploads can use similar names, so this archive links to Rockstar's own material wherever possible. A leak, reaction video or trailer breakdown is not counted as an official trailer.
Trailer 1 · December 4, 2023
The first trailer introduced modern Vice City, the state of Leonida and the two leads, Jason and Lucia. It also established the original 2025 release window. The footage's strongest confirmed signals are the Florida-inspired setting, the couple's criminal partnership and a world shaped by short-form social video.
Trailer 2 · May 6, 2025
Trailer 2 expanded the story and showed more of Leonida: beaches, wetlands, highways, nightlife, robberies and the ordinary relationship between Jason and Lucia. It also confirmed the May 26, 2026 date used at that point in the game's schedule.
Because the release date later changed, older trailer articles that still state May 26, 2026 are historical records, not the current answer. The current date is maintained in the release date guide.
Official extended look · August 27, 2026
Rockstar's official GTA VI site lists an “Extended Look” arriving August 27, 2026. Until that video is published, any claimed runtime, scene list or trailer breakdown is unconfirmed. This page will be updated with a timestamped summary once the official footage is live.
